About Jamie King

Jamie King is the creator of The Flow Collective.

 

She is a former yoga studio owner, with over 20 years of experience teaching yoga, leading teacher trainings and retreats, and working with people to find the strongest versions of themselves. She is an E-RYT 500-Hour Yoga Instructor, HIIT & Flow Master Teacher,  RCYT, RPYT, and accomplished ultra runner, 

 

Blending her passions for yoga, strength training, and running, Jamie created The Flow Collective Vinyasa Yoga Method, which combines creative sequencing, strength based movements, and anatomy-enhanced flow style yoga with powerful breath, as well as the  popular HIIT workout, HIIT & Flow, a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout combined with power vinyasa to provide a safe and effective full body workout that strengthens and  lengthens the body, while simultaneously focusing on the breath and mind-body connection. Both styles encourage practitioners to find joy in movement, and unleash their inner strength. 

The Flow Collective's online studio, has a variety of yoga and fitness classes, taught by Jamie and some of The Flow Collective's Master instructors that you can do at home—and you can try your first class free! 

Jamie is also an experienced RCYT (Kids, Teens, and Trauma Informed) Yoga Instructor and leads Kids Classes, Events, and Trainings for those who want to learn to teach kids yoga whether to share in their home, school setting, studio or gym.
