When you’re working with students and leading others through asana practice, a deep understanding of the body’s anatomy is essential to making sure that you’re instructing safely and effectively. No matter what style of yoga you’re teaching, understanding the different systems of the body will help you guide your students to use and take care of their bodies. The Flow Collective 10-hr Yoga Anatomy Course is designed to give certified yoga instructors a strong basis in physical anatomy as it relates to asana practice and an opportunity to earn Continuing Education hours through Yoga Alliance. The program is entirely self-paced, giving you the freedom to work through the 10 hours on your own time over 6 months (or complete it in a few days!)
